Selection Process
Online Application & Document Scrutiny → Documentation → Physical Standard Test (PST) → Sports Trial Test → Merit List → Detailed Medical Examination (DME) → Review Medical Examination (RME), wherever applicable

Job Description
Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBPF) has invited online applications from eligible male and female Indian citizens, including subjects of Nepal and Bhutan, for recruitment to the post of Constable (General Duty) under Sports Quota-2025. A total of 126 tentative vacancies are available, including 72 vacancies for male candidates and 54 vacancies for female candidates across various sports disciplines and events. Candidates must have passed Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board and must fulfil the prescribed sports qualification. The age limit is 18 to 23 years as on 01 November 2026, with applicable relaxation as prescribed in the recruitment rules. The post carries Pay Level-3 with a pay scale of ₹21,700 to ₹69,100.
